Well Pump Repair and Replacement
A well pump pushes water from underground to your home. The two most common types are submersible pumps, which sit at the bottom of the well underwater, and jet pumps, which sit above ground and use a pipe down to the water. Both pump types rely on a pressure tank to maintain steady water pressure in your home. When a pump fails—whether due to age, a failed capacitor, a bad pressure switch, or the motor burning out—you lose water.
Brent Pump Works diagnoses well pump problems and repairs or replaces them. We serve residential and commercial wells across the Treasure Coast, with emergency same-day response for no-water calls.
Submersible vs. Jet Pumps
Submersible pumps sit underwater at the bottom of deep wells and are the most common type for residential wells. They are efficient, quiet, and sealed from the environment. Jet pumps sit above ground and pull water up from shallower wells. Both types work well when properly sized and maintained. We service both and can upgrade you if a different pump type would better suit your well and your needs.
