A well camera inspection lets you see what is happening inside your well without pulling the pump or guessing at the problem.

Downhole Camera Inspection

Well Camera and Video Inspection

A well camera inspection lets you see what is happening inside your well without pulling the pump or guessing at the problem. Brent Pump Works provides downhole camera inspection services for residential, commercial, and artesian wells across the Treasure Coast. The camera shows us the condition of the casing, the screen, and the well bore so we can diagnose problems accurately before recommending any repairs.

What We Find

What a Camera Inspection Reveals

Cracks, rust, or breaks in the well casing. A damaged casing can allow sand, sediment, or contaminated surface water into your well.

Sediment buildup or blockages that reduce water flow. Over time, sand and mineral deposits can accumulate inside the well, restricting production.

Bacterial growth on the casing or screen. Iron bacteria and other organisms can colonize the inside of a well and affect water quality and flow.

Corrosion or deterioration that may require casing repair or well rehabilitation. Older wells, especially those with steel casing, deteriorate over time. The camera shows exactly where and how bad the damage is.

The condition of the pump and drop pipe, if the pump is still in the well during the inspection.

When to Schedule

When You Need a Camera Inspection

Your well is producing dirty or sandy water.
Your water production has dropped gradually over time.
You notice sudden changes in water quality or flow rate.
You are buying a property with an existing well and want to know its condition.
You have been told you need a new well and want to verify whether the existing one can be rehabilitated first.
The Inspection Process

The Downhole Process

We lower a waterproof camera on a cable into the well and record video of the entire bore. The footage shows the casing condition, the screen, the water level, and any visible problems from the surface to the bottom. We review the footage with you, explain what we see, and recommend the appropriate next step, whether that is cleaning, rehabilitation, casing repair, or replacement.

Should I get a well inspection before buying a property?
