About us

Brent Pump Works is a family owned, licensed and insured water systems company based in Palm City, Florida, serving Martin, St. Lucie, Indian River, and surrounding South Florida counties. Our services include well drilling, well pump installation and repair, water filtration and water softener systems, sprinkler and irrigation systems, commercial irrigation, artesian well abandonment, plugging and capping, water well camera inspection, and lift station maintenance and repair.

Estimates and quotes

Information on the Site is provided for general guidance only. Pricing, timelines, and service descriptions on the Site or given verbally are estimates and are not a binding offer. A binding agreement is formed only when we provide a written estimate or work order for your specific project and that estimate is accepted. Actual scope, materials, permitting requirements, and price may vary based on site conditions, local regulations, and the condition of existing equipment.

Scheduling and service

We will make reasonable efforts to perform scheduled work in a timely and professional manner. Service dates and arrival windows are estimates and may be affected by weather, parts availability, permitting, and conditions discovered on site. Permits, where required, are handled in accordance with applicable Florida and local jurisdiction requirements.

Pricing and payment

Payment is due as stated in your written estimate, work order, or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, charges reflect labor, materials, equipment, and any applicable permit or disposal fees. You are responsible for ensuring that we have safe and lawful access to the work area.

Workmanship warranty

If a water related system we install fails to perform due to defective materials or workmanship for up to one (1) year after installation, Brent Pump Works will resolve the issue through repair or replacement at no charge. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, alterations by others, acts of nature, or normal wear. Manufacturer warranties on equipment, where applicable, are passed through to you on their own terms. Ask us for details.

Communications

When you submit a request through a form on the Site or otherwise provide your phone number or email address, you agree that Brent Pump Works may contact you by phone, text message, or email regarding your request, quote, or service. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of non essential communications at any time by contacting us using the details below.

Acceptable use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt or interfere with the Site, gain unauthorized access to any systems, submit false or misleading information, or use the Site in any way that could damage or impair it or interfere with another party's use.
